Interactive Art Director Point to Point, a full marketing communications firm in Cleveland, is seeking a skilled and passionate Interactive Art Director to assist our interactive team in the design and development of web sites and online strategies for our clients.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years experience in developing online solutions, and can see a project through every phase of construction from planning to conceptualization to execution. Experience with developing holistic web strategies that touch on all facets of an online identity is a definite plus.

Must be comfortable working in a team environment to dream up original and provocative conceptual ideas. Work with senior level art directors and their teams. We don't just build web sites, we dig deeper to construct out-of-the-box opportunities to solve client problems. Online initiatives, while wildly creative, must also deliver the results our clients demand.

Assist in strategic planning for online initiatives, including project wireframes, storyboards, flowcharts and other project documentation
Strong visual aesthetic and design skills, with a high respect for layout and typography
Comfortable in Adobe CS3 (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) on a Mac platform. Flash knowledge with basic ActionScript skills is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript–able to not only concept a web site but also create it
Fluent in, or advanced working knowledge of, one programming language
Must be web “2.0” savvy and have a deep interest in social media
Ability and desire to quickly learn new skills and technologies
Finds what it takes to get it done
Must be highly driven with a passion for your craft

Account / Traffic Assistant

Scope | The position is designed with a two-part mission: to support the account team in all activities for clients to ensure excellent and fluid client service and to assist the Strategic Process Manager in the trafficking and production of agency work. This position provides an opportunity to experience two critical sides of the agency business.

Qualifications | Entry level position requires a four-year degree with a major in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field as well as:

Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Positive, “whatever it takes” attitude and proactive nature
Extreme organization and attention to accuracy and detail
Innate problem-solving ability

Interactive Marketing Strategist

Overview

Responsible for the development of interactive strategies that connect to broader communications plans. This person must be capable of developing ROI driven programs based on insight driven analytics, research, and analysis of current and previous programs. The strategist will work directly with account, creative and media teams.

Requirements

A thought leader of all things interactive, including Web 2.0/3.0, email marketing, SEO, SEM, mobile etc.
A strategic view to connect and engage with anything that has an IP address.
Experience integrating analytics and metrics to understand marketing implications to develop strategies that mesh with client objectives
Experience writing and developing plans, strategic briefs, implementation documents and project scopes
Engaged in social media with an understanding of leading sites and tools to build connections
Participates in new business strategy and presentations
Can explain the marketing implications of a strategy
Can develop key and valued insights from a broad range of information
Strong communication skills with clients and internal audience
A broad knowledge of development tools and web analytics
Highly self motivated and driven
Healthcare experience is a plus

5+ years industry expertise in online and digital media
A deep understanding of marketing
